Doordarshan and Akashvani relayed poetry, and interviews with Dr. Pritam Apachyan regularly.
Dr. Pritam Apachyan took many subjects for poetry that addresses social issues, the environment, and class conflicts.
Pritam created poetry in couplets and nonconventional methods. However, couplets had been a major poetry style by Dr. Pritam Apachyan.
Literature creatives as Bhajan Singh Singh-, Abodh Bandhu Bahuguna created Satsai (700 or more couplets in a collection) in the past. Now, Pritam Apachyan revived the same style by publishing Pritam Satsai (729 couplets).
The critics and literature creatives, such as Umesh Chamola, Madan Duklan, and the poetry expert Dr. Manjula N. Dhoundiya,l appreciated the major contribution of Pritam Apachyan for reviving the couplet style in Garhwali poetry and the Satsai style (700 couplets).
